Therefore, we require that our drivers meet the following guidelines;

• Qualifies as outlined in Section 391.51 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation Guidelines.
• Passes Pre-Employment Department of Transportation Physical and Drug Screen.
• Participate in a random Alcohol and Drug screening program.
• Passes a pre-employment and annual review of the individuals Motor Vehicle Record.
• A current copy of the driver’s Commercial Drivers License and ensure the validity with Annual Reviews
• Require a completed and verified application, including past convictions, license suspension and work history of ten years.
• Workmen’s Compensation Insurance coverage for all employees working for Davis Transportation Services, LLC.
• Assurance that Drivers understand D.O.T. Rules and Regulations.
• Hold and maintain complete personnel records.
• Ensures that all qualified drivers adhere to the outlined hours of service criteria established by the Department of Transportation.
